Fit 6:19 – Workout

Fit 6:19 is a gathering of all ages and abilities in a fun, and appropriately challenging workout opportunity, followed by fellowship and discussion.  All are welcome to join!  We will meet in the parking lot, or the Family Life Center in case of inclement weather.
