BLAST meets on Wednesday afternoons, September – May.  Monfort Heights Elementary students in 4th and 5th grade are invited to come across the street for lots of games, a snack, and fun. BLAST runs until 5:30, and students will need to be picked up by 6:00 pm. HOMEWORK? You Bet! From 5:30 – 6:00, we’ll make sure BLAST kids get started on their homework, offering all the help we can. We are partners with you in providing this structured after-school care, fun and free of charge, one day a week.

SUMMER BLAST

Summer BLAST is a faith based Summer program for 2nd-5th grade students at Monfort Heights UMC. We’ll be focusing on social connections through games and meals, education through reading and STEM based activities and faith through devotions and worship.

Students entering 2nd-5th grade in August can attend Summer BLAST. We are limiting the program to 20 students so sign up soon. Through the generosity of Monfort Heights United Methodist Church community, Summer BLAST will be no cost to you. Breakfast and Lunch are provided with the program.
