Labyrinth

Labyrinths have been around for thousands of years and simply are a great way to spend time moving your body safely while praying… A labyrinth is simply a place to walk and pray. There is nothing mystical about it. It gives you the freedom to walk around while focusing your mind on God – and not worry about getting lost!

During your time, you can simply spend the time in solitary prayer.  You can pray aloud or silently. We will have meditations you can read, or you can listen to music, or you can sing… The time is yours to spend in prayer as you wish.  If you think you will need more than the 30 minute slot, please feel free to sign up for two slots.
