SUMMARY:Fit 6:19 - Costume Workout
DESCRIPTION:Fit 6:19 is a gathering of all ages and abilities in a fun\, and appropriately challenging workout opportunity\, followed by fellowship and discussion.  All are welcome to join!  We will meet in the parking lot\, or the Family Life Center in case of inclement weather. \n  \nA fun and challenging workout for the whole family is the plan for Friday\, 10/25. Outside in the parking lot weather permitting\, inside in the FLC if necessary. Put on your favorite costume. Bring a pumpkin\, or borrow one of ours. Post-workout fellowship\, off-site\, to follow. Hope you can make it for a good pre-candy workout!
